With over 17 years of experience, Leslie has critical negotiation skills, an eye for contractual details and is who other agents turn to in working through difficult negotiations. Her clients have a high trust with Leslie. She brings a formidable level of expertise, professionalism and negotiation skills to the Central Coast market. She proudly holds a master's degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology. She is, though, most proud of her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies which she earned while working full time being a single parent of three children, as a re-entry student in her 40s.She is an advocate for the community college system where she had a successful career prior to entering real estate.

She is the proud mom of three and delighted Oma of her grandson. She and her husband Rick embrace the Central Coast lifestyle and their household includes their band of rescue pets of which they are strong advocates of adopting from shelters and rescues.
